Called the emergency line Monday night/tes early am about a leak in my bathroom ceiling. They didn't come out until much later in the day and said they couldn't do anything due to not having permission to enter the up stairs location. Last night the leak got much worse and called them again and they said they would send someone and no one came. We have people with physical disabilities in this building that are required to climb multiple flights of stairs to get to their home.
