Per Online; illegal tree cutting - in biking by this house sunday afternoon, may 17, I encountered man who had just cut down an exceptional cedar in front of this house on Phinney Ave N. I went back later to take pics and measure the stumps - pics attached, including a 'before' pic from Bing Maps, streetside view. Please FINE the crap out of these people!
