Apt 516 has continuously violated the noise code by having guests over and playing musical instruments loudly well beyond the quiet hour mandated by the apartment and the city. The apartment management company has been unsuccessful in curbing their violation.

I am a tenant at Malloy Apartment #517. My landlord started renovating an adjacent unit a few days ago. I am experiencing extreme noise (up to 90 dB) and vibration starting in the early morning with no exceptions for weekends and holidays. I called the landlord but he refused to remedy the situation and told me I might as well live somewhere else if I didn't like it.

Per Online;There is once again a loud, sustained (for nearly an hour), high-pitched noise coming from north of my apartment building. The exact source of the noise is not immediately clear, but it seems to be coming from around the building north of my apartment, and it is the same pitch as when I previously filed a complaint, when the noise was coming from an idling cherry-picker being used to paint the building north of my apartment building. Per Online; There is construction equipment being operated at 6:50 am today (Sept 14) for the building immediately north of my apartment, on the intersection of 15h Ave NE and 45th in the University District. According to Google Maps, this building is called Alumni House. The machinery they're operating is a cherry picker that also outputs a high pitched sine wave in addition to ordinary construction noises.This machine was also operating before 6am on Saturday Sept
