How far in advance are apartment management companies allowed to request lease renewals? My apartment management, Trypalink Seattle, is already requesting lease renewal for the next term (September 2024-August 2025) with signing of the new lease being due November 19, 2023. My current lease term just began September 1, 2023 and goes until August 30, 2024. I think it is a little strange for the apartment management company to be asking about lease renewal so early into our current lease term
