Per Online; Property manager is renting a paid parking spot to a tenant which is located on an easement and gives access to utilities. This spot is too close to the property line, blocks access to the garbage for trash and recycling collection (pickup has been missed multiple weeks, including today), is too small, and blocks access into the next door garage area. Property owners next door cannot pull into their garage area without great difficulty due to the sharp angle.
