Per 6/4/13 online complaint: "CONSTRUCTION ONGOING INSIDE FOR PAST YEAR, UNKNOWN CHANGES. RECENT CONSTRUCTION LIKELY UNPERMITTED DECK RENOVATION/EXPANSION ON ECA LOT."***Expanding a deck on the from of the house without a permit and inspections. See attached aerial photos. Complainant also noted interior remodel - there was an electrical permit (6307999) for a basement remodel that expired on 1/14/13 without a final inspection (per King Co records the basement is finished).***
