Apartment 303 has had their fire alarm chirping for 5 months. The neighbors claim it's broken and the building manager is aware. There have been ignored emergency maintenance requests and ignored emails to management. Not only is this building built with thin walls, if a fire were to happen, it would immediately spread. With no warning from this apartment, tenants are concerned for their safety. The constant chirping is extremely irritating.
