per CSB complaint: The sidewalk on the south side of Genessee is so overgrown that it is impassible, and there is a small drop off at the edge of the sidewalk on to the parking strip. I am blind and use a guide dog or white cane, and traveling this sidewalk has become very difficult. Thanks.
