Per online: Additional demolition, plumbing and electrical work is taking place in units without permits. This includes units 206, 306 and 101. This is similar to the previous complaints where units were being worked on without permits.Construction permit 6529723 is for 102, 202 & 302, as is electrical permit 6505634.

New property mgmt appears to be rewiring more than what was originally permitted for and they are not disclosing to tenants the scope of work. Ripping up walls to redo electrical and the gutting does not appear to be associated with the two units in the basement. Work is noticeable at 3 units at the NW corner of the building - 1st to 3rd floor.
