The stairs and stair railings are rotten, not connected and or unstable, there are no observation ports on apt 3s door or a side window within 31 inches. There are holes in apt 3s walls one that exposes the studs and a hole in the shower wall. The waterproofing in the shower is pulling away from the walls and floors.
