Hi! My complaint is about the USPS facility at 4412 California Way. I just moved in recently and noticed they have a semi truck either deliver or receive mail at their outdoor loading dock between 2am-3am. Our apartment faces the facility (our windows are overlooking their parking lot and probably 20 feet away). I'm just curious if they're allowed to operate 24/7 in an outdoor facility or if there are times (like the garbage trucks) where they can't operate. It's SO loud, we have all our window

The property management company forces you to sign up for services as well as waive your rights in the lease. You can cancel the services afterwards, but not before or within the lease. Services include "RentPlus" for $14.95/month and an undisclosed amount for package management by "Fetch Package Inc." I was forced to revoke my consent of their usage of my face, voice, name, etc as well. None of these items allowed me to opt out within the lease.
