Per online complaint: "Outdoor storage of junk (inoperable cars, debris) There are 3 or 4 cars parked on this property, at least one of which is clearly inoperable (a Jeep with flat tire for over a year and some others that never move). There is lots of other junk around the driveway and in the garage."

Flood damage to the home as a result of a broken pipe. The woodwork is severely buckled & mold is all over the walls in teh bathroom. The door to the bathroom does not open or close properly due to the floor buckling. Landlord told her she would have to live with this for several months and the wood work will go down on its own. She just signed a year lease September of 2009.
