On January 24, 2026, sewage wastewater backed up into both the bathtub and toilet in our unit. This is the only bathroom in the home. The toilet contained discolored standing water, and the bathtub filled with opaque brown/gray wastewater and debris. The bathroom became unsafe and unusable.A plumber later confirmed that the sewage ejector pump is nonfunctional and requires repair or replacement.
