Mold issue, it was bad since our daughter and son moved in over a year ago. The issue was raised. The maintenance person came to clean it up, but did not dive in the real issue, they only cleaned it without actually removing the mold. We live FL and didn't realize until we came to visit and saw how bad the mold was and decided for health reason to vacate the kids. We gave them one month notice before move out. Due to the cost of rent and a loss of income I had to break my lease at the Camden apartments managed by Walls property management. Upon packing up my things, different areas of severe mold became apparent. I lived in that apartment for 5 months. I cleaned once or twice per week as I have chronic allergies.
