Habit Burger restaurant at the corner of 35th Ave SW and Avalon is consistently loud during quiet hours (4 am loud deliveries is one example)Tonight they have some sort of cleaning or maintenance going on with loud machinery.It's now 11:45 pm and this noise have been happening for over an hour.The back door of the restaurant is open and people are in and out.
