Notice of Violation
Opened April 27, 2021
The property management company, Cornell and Associates, is performing unpermitted construction on the DeSoto arms building, and I suspect they have removed a supporting post without doing the proper engineering. The floor above this work does not feel stable, and the vibrations from the construction have been bad enough to crack the sink in the bathroom. This form is not letting me upload photos, so I have them available at: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AsLwhq-ZHJ3rh8YgEuFJt_yLqDN
