I have been living in the building for quite some time and although the residence complained back in October about issues with the heat, we have been without fully functioning heat this entire time. I used a building thermometer and was seeing readings of 60 - 65 degrees consistently which the company Rob Garza is claiming is sufficient enough. Entire building has no working radiators, for three years the owner has been ignoring requests to fix it. All tenants have electric heaters. The caller asked to call the owner Rose Varnes at 4254177368 to request heating system be repaired. The caller wishes to stay confidential.
