The construction company building houses two houses down from Ori Apartments has repeatedly blocked the entire road not allowing local access. They have signs up for one lane or have blocked just in front of the construction site at times, but many times block the whole road. For instance, today 6/9/2026, Allen St was fully blocked from both directions, not allowing access to the houses or the driveway for the apartment building. The building needs inspection on each floor. Though management is aware of the excessive heat within the building, they refuse to turn on any AC or taking any cooling measures to assist residents. It's currently 95 in the building's hallway -- so hot that power surges for essential amenities like AC units and fans are turning off. Within the past month a resident was hospitalized in our building due, in part, to the high heat.
