The property is unsafe and Real Property Associates will not implement adequate fixes. The fence blew over in a wind storm, blocking access to the basement unit and shared laundry area. Real Property Associates "fixed" this by propping the whole fence up with a two by four that is about 6 feet high and a another one that is a tripping hazard on the narrow path to access the basement. The hand railing down to the basement is loose and is likewise made of raw lumber without the correct terminal

Intermittent flooding for past 3 months. Landlord keeps saying nothing wrong. The place flooded when I was at work a couple of days, and found pooling water in daughters' bedroom. Restoration team hired by landlord came in to try to repair, still flooding. The company has since been fired by landlord.
