I am disputing repeated water and sewer overcharges for two consecutive billing periods: 9/20/25-10/19/25 and 10/20/25-11/18/25.The first increase aligned with a documented running toilet that required multiple repairs. The second billing period remains abnormally high even after the repair was completed.Utilities are billed through a third-party provider (Conservice). SPU cannot provide unit-level data, and Conservice confirmed there is no daily meter tracking, only monthly
