Per Online;I live next to a demolition project at 444 Ravenna and was just woken up - at 4:45 AM, well before the allotted 7AM construction start time - by work they were performing. Bad enough that they cause so much noise during the day that my apartment literally shakes for hours at a time, making my apartment often unlivable; now it's ok for them to wake me up at 5AM? This is absolutely absurd.

Complainant stated that construction work is being done without a permit. I asked him if it were structural and he said no, but they are turning studios into 1 bedrooms and it is affecting parking. He wants someone to take a double look and said doing plumbing/sewer work in the basement w/o permit.
