Owner Hans Huang has had building under active construction since August 2021. There is no smoke alarm in kitchen and landlord refuses to replace carbon monoxide detector above poorly ventilated furnace. Heat is not functioning and landlord has waited days to send someone to fix it. There are open electrical outlets in bathroom and kitchen and have been exposed for months. Landlord Hans Huang refuses to insulate 1/4 inch gap in front door and gap below garage door that causes common areas, hallways, and a bathroom to be well below 55 degrees in cold weather. The doors are located close by and directly outside bedrooms. The garage door cannot be opened to put a sweep on. The heat in my room can only be turned on or off and the room goes below 55 degrees at night. The heat needs to be on in the room nearly all the time to keep the temperature

online: The front of the property has open trash on the sidewalk, this has been like this for 2 weeks, since the tenents moved out. It has now become a public safety hazard. the garbage was not picked up last week likely due to the way the tenents left the bags in the open.
