Per online complaint "My apartment roof 1st leaked May 2009, then 9-19. My landlord said repairs were done 25 days later, while we were told 7. 1-11-10, roof dripping, landlord did nothing. 1-13 huge leak all the way to the mentally handicapped women below me's unit. The leak stopped briefly. It's 2-28, roof still leaks" I spoke to complainant leaking again at the present the owner had someone come out to fix it but the fix is not working & the owner knows this but says well.....I paid already.

per online complaint dated on 11/28/2007-"Two abandoned japanese cars (one or both Nissan). Dumpsters from apt. sometimes roll onto the sidewalk and obstruct path."
