Tenant is disable in a unit that's not handicap accessible. Tenant requested shower bar to be installed. DSHS approved to do the work. Mgmt. will not sign off on it. What are rights as no ADA units are available.

Apparently, my apartment building is telling the tenants that in order to be compliant with City of Seattle Trash and recycling, they had to hire a third party vendor for help (The refuse to hire a second maintenance worker), and are passing on that cost to the tenants by way of our utility bill. I do believe that practice is illegal, but I am not an attorney. The approximate additional cost to our utilities is about $25 per unit. We have about 100 apartments in the building.

Possible/probable mold or fungus coming through our vents for months now. Both occupants having health issues. Many complaints made by us (on maintanence request site, verbally, and over email to landlord). Only response has been handy man in apartment coming once or twice to look at vents. No actual professionals coming. They did have cleaners wash off a large black spot on the outside of our unit adjacent to our window/vent. The smell continued after the cleaning. The smell is extremely stron
