Basement flooded. Tenant mopped up water a couple times - about an inch still sits on the ground. 2-3 rooms, washing machine, dryer and furnace under water. Tenant contacted owner Monday eve. Owner suggested adding a downspout extension to direct the water away from the building. Tenant added an 8 ft extension, but water continued to seep into foundation. Tenant called owner again Tuesday morning to tell her the downspout extension wasn't working - the owner hasn't returned the call. Tena
