2 garages in the alley look like they are going to fall down into the alleyway, one of the garage doors is partially open with visible junk storage on the inside. NOTE: Complainant also complained about garbage cans and recycling stored in the rear yard, told complainant that this may not necessarily rise to the level of junk storage but the inspector would look at it.

Tenant operating window cleaning business out of upper unit of duplex located in L-2 zone. The tenants name is Boaz Hall. The website address to the business is http://seethroughwindows.net. He's also storing ladders outside in the yard on the north side of his unit. Caller will give permission to view from his private r-o-w. Business owner has criminal record with incidents of violence. See attached.
