Per 5/7/07 online complaint (rec'd 5/8/07 by VAS): "It appears that they are building a mother in law apartment, complete with plumbing. Not sure if permits have been obtained. Also gas stove chimney with inadequate draft. The chimney is not past the lower roof line and is close to house windows."***2nd unit & gas stove/chimney being built w/o permit***
