This is a noise complaint about repeated animal barking between the hours of 10pm and 7am. Her name is Christie Fike (806) 683 5740. I have been in contact her and with her landlord and she agreed to purchase a bark collar. However the situation has not changed. In the past week there have been three incidence of being awakened by extreme barking and howling.
