Per Online; Owners at 4515 West Raye have re-erected a fence in the parking right of way in an ECA within 50 feet of an open waterway. Their ADA permit requires to provide off street parking. The tenants are not using the off street parking as required by the permit. The fence blocking the right of way has also eliminated public use of parking and walking access. With the recent slide on Perkins Lane emergency vehicle had difficulties with access and parking because

Homeowners appear to be adding a roof top deck. We don't see any permits filed for this new construction activity. This issue is time sensitive as we see a worker on the roof with the homeowner and the railing and ladder type exterior stairs in place.
