I am submitting a complaint regarding sustained nighttime commercial noise originating from a bowling alley, West Seattle Bowl which is across the alley to my residential building.The business operates into late evening hours, and between approximately 10:00 PM and midnight there is continuous, impulsive low-frequency impact noise consistent with bowling ball drops and lane activity.
