Our lease ended July 31, 2024 at this property and our security deposit has still not been returned. We received an itemization of fees that were going to be withheld from our returned deposit within 30 days of our lease end, but we did not receive payment in that time. After contacting our property manager on 9/19/24, a check was sent to us but not to the new address provided. This check was forwarded to us via USPS but it bounced a few days after being deposited. We contacted our property man

There are two noise complaints.- Every Monday (or maybe other days too) garbage collection happens around 7 to 8 am close to the parking garage of the apartments: https://goo.gl/maps/3xbciwmN62T5xdES7It is extremely noisy in our bed rooms and I suspect it disturbs units around us too.- There is also outside cleaning (leaf vacuum?) in a close area. They make very lound noise around 7-8 am as well.
