Per CSB: This large branch overhangs the sidewalk and there are multiple broken branches on putting weight and if a windy condition it appears it could break off. The large branch could easily harm a person. The apartment building on 4517 Glenway SW Seattle owns this area and the pic is taken from the 45th Ave SW sidewalk. The apartment building garages are accessed from 45th Ave SW

water is shut off/on regularly possibly due foundation issues cannot place items on balcony without them rolling off - cracks in sheet rocks due to bldg settling - safety concerns need inspection
