Landlord installed a new chimney flu cap noncompliant with building code, completely suffocating the boiler exhaust leaving me without heat in the hose and exposing my son and I to risk of CO poisoning. He has made several self repairs I am concerned about with code.PSE has informed him twice over the last year to bring the boiler up to code which he has refused to do.

PER PHONE COMPLAINT: There is a strong smell coming from the second bedroom/office. The landlord provided a vendor to inspect and it was determined a rat infestation under the house. There are many dead rodents. The landlord is not taking care of the issue.
