Mold issue (in the mini-split AC system) has not been properly addressed 11 days after notifying landlord (08/14 notification date). Currently they have scheduled a non-qualified handyman from an HVAC focused company to perform regular maintenance on the AC unit on 08/27 instead of proper mold remediation, and the landlord refuses to acknowledge my requests that they hire someone qualified to handle the mold remediation.
