Per Online; This apartment and others on alley are getting garbage and recycle services missed due to blocking of alley by construction and construction vehicles. Alley needs to be cleared on pickup days to keep garbage from scatter and non collection. Dangerous situation if drivers need to back down alley off NE 45th(busy street)

I live in the apartment just across the street from the large apartment building construction. My window faces the construction. About 5:50am this morning 3/15, there were trucks backing up with the loud beep noise, followed by more construction noise about 6:45am. Full construction did not start until after 7am, but the "getting ready" noise before then was a bit disorienting.
