Making concerns and complaints to Mgmt. about very disrupting neighbor. He's making noise all throughout the day and night. Has mental health issues. Can't sleep not comfortable, has threatened her. Why should have to keep paying rent Mgmt. not doing anything. What are rights?

I keep getting parking tickets regarding Zone 10 permits. I live in Zone 10. I applied for a permit. It was "Withdrawn".Do I or do I not have a right to park on the street in Zone 10? I am a new tenant in a new building.Genuinely confused.

This property is under construction. On Roethke Mews (the alley on the other side of the building) there is a tree next to the building. A lot of plastic trash and garbage from when they were installing windows and working on the facet is thrown on the tree. It's been months and nobody is taking it away and tree's branches are tangled in plastic wrap like garbage. Sometimes with strong winds parts of it get detached and flow in the air. Caller advised her internet went out Friday and she contacted landlord. He said he would get fixed asap and then shut his phone off over the weekend. Today the power was shut off due to non payment. Caller advised that all utilities are included in their rent (she has 3 roomates on the top floor along with her) and there are several other tenants in the downstairs unit that will be affected as well.
