ZONING 3--per CSB--Flotlin called CSB on 11/20/18 regarding a private tree permit his condo association paid for in July but has had no word about since. Flotlin said the tree is on the property border and the neighbor gave his permission to the condo association to cut the tree because it is leaning into the building (willow). Condo association is worried about possible storm damage.
