Good morning,We live on 47th Ave. SW and were awoken at 8:00am this morning by construction workers digging with an excavator in our alley, at a house behind ours. I am unsure of the exact address, but if one were to drive in the alley behind us; it is obvious which house it is. Is the exact address necessary in order to have someone respond to this violation of ordinance?Thank you for your time,Angelina
