The dryer has been broken since before March 14th. We have 4 floors of tenants who cannot dry their clothes. The property manager sent an email stating that the dryer would be replaced on March 28th, but that never happened, and he has not updated anyone since then. I would like to be able to dry my clothes and I would like the slumlord of this disultory property to be held accountable for the legal, proper management of this property.

In January the building had a water leak, after which the 1st floor hall carpet was removed and the multi-person shower room was gutted. There is currently still no carpet and very little progress has been made on the shower.
