This is the property manager for address 4529 B 40th Ave SWSeattle, WA 98116. The renters have notified us of a cockroach problem. We have sent out pest control, but the service tech believes the cockroaches are entering into our unit from what of the connected townhomes. We wont be able to get rid of the cockroaches until the source is addressed. What can we do about this?

This home has a large dead tree in their front yard (in the adjacent alleyway, between the driveway and the fence) that has been dead for years and has recently been dropping large dead branches which damaged Internet infrastructure and threatened bodily harm to residents. Tenants informed their property manager multiple times, but they refused to take action.
