Encampment in PUBLIC parking and alley way that is used by LA fitness and spruce apartments. This report was immediately closed for being private property but that is not the case. This is a public alley way and they are camped in public parking. This encampment has been here for 2+ weeks with an aggressive pit bull, open air drug use, and garbage/waste. Please do not close this report without a proper investigation

These bushes on the entire block extend onto the sidewalk. Also their property line isn't this far forward
