Unpermitted major remodel. New Owner Michael Haas is conducting a major remodel that I see no permits for. The home was sold with the upstairs lacking drywall, fixtures (both plumbing and electrical), wiring, etc. Mr. Haas has hired a crew which bears no name on it's vehicles or undforms to indicate who they work for.
