I'm living in 4528 20th Ave NE , Seattle The building beside me 4532 has a construction one of the company start to deliver some red pipes at 6:30 am and made a sound because of that sound they wake me up!!! I know the Noise code rule in seattle Residental Area is 7 am for weekdays and 9 am for weekends , why the guy start early??? thank you for respond my email I attached the trucks picture who made a sound I took a picture at 6:45 am
