Unsafe construction practice: electrical and plumbing work being conducted by unprofesssional crew member.Is work per permits 6572215, 6540085-6540099?***Permit 6572215 was issued 12/18/16 to change out all light fixtures, outlets and switches (no inspections as of 5/24/17). Per caller, Carl Haglund (new owner of this 16-unit apartment building as of June 2016), has been directing non-electricians to do this work***
