Gas furnace out since Saturday - owner knows about it, but dragging feet getting repairs done - waiting for cheaper replacement parts. Also, electrical problems in house - compl tried using a space heater and radiator heater during the repair of the furnace but each one tripped the circuit breaker. NOTE: Compl requests DPD inspection before contacting owner. Compl says owner is currently in Kenya, Africa - all phone numbers disconnected - can only be reached via email: msgill_07@yahoo.com

Per online complaint: "*Problem is on the east side of parcel that abuts 23rd Ave SW. *Vegetation obscuring traffic sign/intersection or forcing pedestrians off the sidewalk into street. *No planting strip separating sidewalk from street, very dangerous pedestrian situation."

Per 12/7/07 online complaint (rec'd 12/10/07 by VAS): "Building is undergoing gutting/demo/remodeling and it appears no permit has been pulled. Historical problem of unpermitted and poor quality construction done by unlicensed contractors in this neighborhood which we would like to end. Thanks."***Interior demo/remodel without a permit since 11/30/07***
