Garbage/Loose litterPeople are congregating in RVs, dumping trash, possible drug use and an abandoned vehicle is on the spot. Potential crime hot spot.

Shower/bathroom leak on 2nd story. Repair stalled. Wood floor left exposed shows mold. Kitchen ceiling below is bubbled/warped and living room ceiling is cracked. PM says correcting floor issue with tile next week. Tenants concerned is major issue needed more attention and extensive repairs with possible need for relocation during work.
