per csb: Altamira Apartments in West Seattle has a building-wide fire alarm evacuation at least 3-4 times a month for the past few years. The fire department has to respond every time. Building management doesn't provide updates as to why it's going off nor offer solutions to prevent false alarms. Please start issuing extensive fines to them to encourage them to improve. This is no way to live nor is it a good use of emergency resources.

6:30a on Tuesday 6/2/26 a work crew is drilling/cutting metal on the parking entrance to QFC in the alley between Adele Apartments and Altamira Apartments. It's incredibly loud between the two high rise buildings.
