On Sunday, November 24th, the ceiling above the toilet in my bathroom began to leak. The emergency guy came out and cut out the ceiling but nothing else has been done. It leaks every time the apartment above mine flushes their toilet. It looks like urine and smells like urine. I have placed two maintenance requests and have contacted my property manager twice as well as the main office of Bonavista Property Management and it's day 10 and still have a hole in my ceiling that's still leaking.
