11/4/16 JD I received a complaint call complainant thought that 8:00am was the allowable start time. Complaint is that they start early sometimes as early as 5:00am in the SF-5000 zone. The construction complaint is at 4548 Tulane Pl, and is a backyard cottage. Go out on Monday and speak with the construction crews working on this project? Please give them a warning and get a contact for the job site. Then update the complainant and let her know about the photo policy.11/7/16 DP I followed up
