The Spruce Apartments are still allowing and not managing illegal dumping on their property that shares an alley way with my private residence. They allow for mattresses and garbage to pile up, attracting homeless people to build small encampments that last for weeks at a time.

Spruce apartment building/la fitness is constantly leaving trash in the alleyway. They seem to let the residents dump large items like old furniture, boxes, and other items in the alley

Junk/trash piling up in shared, public alley way. The building is not properly disposing of junk like dumped furniture and there is constantly an overflow of garbage, needles and human waste in the public alley because the garbage area is not properly gated.

The Spruce Apartment building in West Seattle is continually allowing their tenants to dump all kinds of furniture, carpets etc as well as allowing excess waste to pile up. This is resulting in perpetual small encampments forming with open air drug and needle use. I had called the property managers several times to report this activity with no change in how they are managing this issue.
